Managing your SIM card settings is essential, especially if you are using a dual-SIM phone or need to temporarily disable a SIM for any reason.
These days, it’s easy to turn a SIM card on or off and it’s not different for the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra. If you have two SIM cards installed, you may want to switch between them for calls, texts, or mobile data.
Disabling a SIM when not in use can help conserve battery life. If you’re experiencing connectivity problems, turning a SIM off and then back on can help reset the connection. It can palso prevent unwanted calls and messages.
