Keeping track of your heart rate is an essential aspect of maintaining your overall well-being. Like most smartwatches these days, the CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2 offers heart rate monitoring directly from your wrist.

Heart rate refers to the number of times per period that your heart is beating. This time period is usually measured per minute.

Measure Heart Rate On CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2
You can measure your heart rate manually, using the feature on your watch, or employ continuous heart rate monitoring via the CMF Watch app.
Measure Heart Rate On the Watch
To start, ensure the watch is snug on your wrist, just above the wrist bone. The sensor at the back needs to make full contact with your skin.
Press the crown on your watch, scroll through the menu until you find the Heart Rate option. Tap on it.
The measurement process will start immediately you tap on the heart rate option. Hold your arm still and wait for the measurement to complete.
Once the measurement is complete, your heart rate reading will be displayed on the screen. You can also review the historical data on the CMF Watch app.
Measure Heart Rate Automatically On CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2
If you want regular readings for your Heart rate, you can turn on automatic 24/7 heart rate monitoring.
To begin, ensure you have the CMF Watch app installed on your smartphone. Once the CMF Watch app is installed, navigate to the Device tab (watch icon), where you will see your connected CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2. Here, you will find the Health Monitoring option. Tap on it to see more options.
Under Health Monitoring, tap on 24/7 Heart Rate Monitoring. You will find this option with a toggle button next to it.
To enable automatic heart rate measurement periodically, tap on the 24/7 Heart Rate Monitoring to enable it.
Once you do this, the High Resting Heart Rate Alert, Low Resting Heart Rate Alert and High Activity Heart Rate Alert options will also appear. They are off by default.
If you want to receive alerts when the heart rate is low or high for any of the above parameters, tap on the settings icon next to each. This will bring up a value scroller. Set the value you want, whether low or high.
This will enable you to receive an alert whenever the heart rate goes below or above the figure you’ve set for each respective one. Tap on Confirm to apply your setting.
