Do Breathing Exercises On CMF By Nothing Watch Pro 2
To start, press the crown on your watch, scroll through the menu until you find the Breathing app option. Tap on it.
In the next screen, you can press the start button to begin the breathing exercise. By default, it is set to 1 minute.
However, you can tap on the minutes to change the time to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. Tap on the check mark to select the highlighted option.
Once you tap on the play button, the process will start with an instruction to relax and focus on your breathing. You will then be Inhale, then the Exhale option. Inhale and exhale for as long as each option is active, until the time you chose elapses.
You can repeat this exercise if you feel the need to or simply select a different duration if you so choose.
