Clear Safari Browser History With Restrictions
Check Safari History Option
Go to Settings, scroll down, and tap on Safari. If the Clear History and Website Data option is grayed out, restrictions are enabled.

Access Screen Time Settings
Go back to the main Settings page and tap on Screen Time.
Modify Content Restrictions
Select Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap on App Store, Media, Web & Games.
